His farsighted approach to real estate development, hospitality management, and diversified business expansion has been instrumental in shaping Rajhans Group into a multi-industry powerhouse.

Mr. Pankaj Jain is known for his disciplined work ethic, deeply inspired by his father, Mr. Shivlal G. Jain. He has been at the helm of operations, overseeing the growth and evolution of Schmitten Chocolates.
From product development and production optimization to fostering a culture of innovation, Mr. Jain brings a meticulous, hands-on approach to managing Schmitten's world-class facility. His commitment to technological advancement, operational efficiency, and quality control ensures seamless factory performance, aligned with the highest standards of safety and productivity.
He also leads logistics and supply chain management, implementing robust and efficient systems to support both nationwide and international distribution. Additionally, Mr. Jain drives third-party manufacturing collaborations, working with several leading national and multinational confectionery brands to expand Schmitten’s industry footprint.
Ms. Mausam Desai

A dynamic leader and second-generation entrepreneur, Ms. Mausam Desai spearheads the expansion of Schmitten Luxury Chocolates' highway outlet division—India’s first and fastest- growing chocolate retail chain on national highways. With a sharp eye for detail and a bold strategic vision, she successfully leads large cross-functional teams across operations, architecture and design, legal, and sales.
Her deep understanding of diverse consumer demographics and multi-cultural markets positions her to scale Schmitten’s retail footprint across India. As the driving force behind the Schmitten Café venture, she oversees every aspect from concept to execution, blending retail innovation with luxury experiences.
With a strong passion for retail development, brand strategy, and customer experience, she plays a pivotal role in shaping Schmitten’s future. Inspired by her mentor and uncle, Mr. Jayesh Desai, Group Chairman, Ms. Desai brings humility, vision, and an inclusive leadership style to the table.
