MARKETING HEAD

Barkha Malpani brings over 16 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, and integrated communications across FMCG, F&B, confectionery, and retail sectors. She holds an MBA in Media and Advertising and has led marketing initiatives for startups, national brands, and family-owned enterprises.

At Schmitten, she is responsible for driving brand strategy, marketing communications, digital initiatives, and consumer engagement, aligning business objectives with high-impact campaigns. With a strong data-led and execution-focused approach, a growth hacker specializing in rapid experimentation, funnel optimization, and performance strategy. Barkha plays a pivotal role in elevating brand equity and accelerating the growth of Schmitten’s premium chocolate portfolio.

Mr. Rahul Singhvi

National Sales Head

With over 12 years of proven experience across diverse sectors including Financial Technologies, E-commerce, Hospitality, Warehousing, Logistics, and FMCG, Mr. Singhvi brings outstanding strategic insight and sales leadership.

As the National Sales Head, he plays a key role in formulating high-impact sales strategies, driving business growth, and expanding market presence across India. His robust track record in scaling businesses spans across Startups, B2B, B2C, Travel Retail, and B2G segments.

A vigorous leader and effective team builder, Mr. Singhvi motivates and empowers his sales force to consistently exceed targets and deliver exceptional performance. His deep understanding of consumer behaviour, channel development, and retail expansion makes him a key contributor to Schmitten’s continued success in the premium chocolate industry.

Mr. Gajendra Shreemali

Finance & Accounts Head

Mr. Gajendra Shreemali, a seasoned finance expert with an MBA background, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in financial operations, accounting, costing, auditing, taxation, MIS, and receivables & payables management. Having worked across notable organizations, he has consistently delivered financial excellence.

Currently leading the Finance and Accounts division at Rajhans Nutriments Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Shreemali plays a key role in overseeing all financial operations within the confectionery business. His strategic insights, accuracy in financial reporting, and expertise in implementing robust financial systems ensure transparency, compliance, and sustainable growth. With a focus on optimizing financial processes and enhancing fiscal health, he continues to drive long-term value and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s success.
